Our Story

We once spent two weeks trying to talk a client out of hiring us.

They wanted a custom ERP. We trialled an off-the-shelf product with their team first, because if it had worked, saying so would have cost us the project and saved them years of maintenance. It did not work. So we built the system. But we ran the trial.

Glinteco started in 2022. Our oldest client relationship began in 2018 and is still running.

Not the cheapest option. The one still there in year five.

What Sets Us Apart

One team, from the logo to the live product

Brand, print, physical merchandise, web, mobile and backend under one roof. A Sydney client received their logo, staff ID cards, standees and branded merchandise, and their live website, from the same team on one timeline.

We are still there in year five

Our oldest client engagement began in 2018 and is still running. For two clients we are not a vendor at all, we are their IT and design department. We would rather grow with ten clients for a decade than ship a hundred projects once.

We tell you the inconvenient thing first

We ran a two-week trial of an off-the-shelf product before recommending a custom build. We say we hold no ISO 27001 in the first meeting, not in the security questionnaire. We turn down work we cannot staff properly.

Hanoi runs on UTC+7. Our working day gives Australian clients at least four and a half hours of live overlap with Sydney business hours, every business day of the year, with no rostering tricks. United States clients get the reverse benefit: work moves overnight while you sleep and a written handover is waiting each morning. Live calls are scheduled for the US morning, which is our evening, and we hold them.

You do. All work product, source code, design files and brand assets transfer to you on final payment for the relevant milestone. Code lives in your repository from day one if you prefer, or is transferred at handover. Cloud accounts are yours. We do not hold your product hostage and we do not reuse your assets for anyone else.

Yes, and we usually recommend it. A first engagement of one clearly defined deliverable is the fastest way for both sides to find out whether this works. A brand system, a marketing site, a single module. You will learn more about how we operate in six weeks of real work than in six meetings.

Both, and we tell you which one fits before you ask. Fixed price against a signed scope, invoiced on milestones, for a defined deliverable. A monthly rate per allocated specialist, minimum three months, for ongoing product development where scope evolves. A monthly block of hours for maintenance after launch.

It gets written down and priced before anyone builds it. You have one named account lead and one technical lead, a shared board showing every task and owner, a weekly demo on a staging environment you can click through yourself, and a short written weekly summary covering what shipped, what is in progress, what is blocked and what decision we need from you.
