I’m an executive at a clothing design company. We’re a contemporary fashion brand that works with artists in our Colombian community.

What challenge were you trying to address with Social Kick?

We wanted to launch our company’s first image on a global scale by showcasing our products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Social Kick did a promotional video and created content to advertise on Facebook. We sent pictures of our products, and they developed the material starting from there.

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with Nicolas (CEO), but there were other members of the team involved.

How did you come to work with Social Kick?

They were referred to me by a friend in common. I chose them because, after three interviews, we liked their ideas and costs.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2021.

Our colleagues were satisfied with their work, and they delivered in a timely manner.

How did Social Kick perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good at project management. We used email, phone calls, and Zoom for communication. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve learned a little more about our brand to understand what we wanted to showcase as a company.
