Please describe your company and your position there.

During the pandemic, we wanted to meet people locked up at home. We wanted to make shopping easier for them, paying particular attention to the speed of deliveries and allowing them to queue up in the application. I'm a product owner and contact person.

For what projects/services did your company hire Giraffe Studio, and what were your goals?

We decided to create Grocerz during the covid-19 pandemic because of difficulties related to shopping for groceries. We wanted to make shopping easier - people living in the UK could order selected products with home delivery. We were focused on speeding up the delivery.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Giraffe Studio because they had carried out interesting projects in the past and the graphics also caught our attention. The interview with Giraffe Studio confirmed our belief that we directed the project to the right company.

The work went very smoothly, we were kept informed about the progress, we were shown the next stages of work, we knew perfectly well how the product was developing. We are satisfied with the course of the cooperation.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were Sebastian - Giraffe Studio CEO, two programmers, tester. They explained all of the technical aspects and gave us full support.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app was delivered really quickly and it was flawless, which contributed to its quick release to the market and use by customers. At this stage, we are able to say that creating an application was a good idea as it brings profit.

The talks were conducted in a really nice and professional atmosphere. There were no problems with arranging a meeting, we were always able to set a joint date. Giraffe Studio informed us about all the necessary changes, made their own suggestions and were open-minded.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the detailed explanation of the entire app development process. Nothing was left out, we were taken care of as clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I couldn't complain about anything.

The app is a diary for employees who drive their own car for work-related trips and get paid for every kilometer used. Using our app, they can track the number of kilometers, the purpose of the trip, and their destination. The app then sends information to the website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They fulfilled all of our expectations. We’ve had no complaints about the app from our customers. It always works, with no crashes to date.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had excellent teamwork. They were very efficient and provided good service, especially during the design phase.

We were impressed with their prices and the quality of their work.

I’m a medical doctor who is interested in making apps for medical students.

For what projects/services did your company hire Giraffe Studio?

I hired them to create a quiz for learning amino acids.

What were your goals for this project?

There are a few amino acid quizzes out there on the market, but I wanted to create one that would present the learning process step by step. Learning all at once is an impossible task. I also wanted to help students save time.

How did you select this vendor?

I searched online for a vendor with competitive costs. It was my first experience hiring a company for app development.

After an initial Skype meeting, I sent them some blueprints and the graphics I made for the biochemical formulas.

What was the team composition?

I think their company was made up of three friends who decided to put up an agency specializing in making apps for tablets.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I soon got a test version of the app, which was about 95% of what I had envisioned. That first version was satisfactory, so no time was wasted on corrections.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. Our communication was very clear.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I knew exactly who to contact for different kinds of issues.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. If I wanted to make a new app, I would definitely hire them again.
