We had them build our Android app first. The app lets people take a pic, we print it and send it as a postcard to someone in prison. Super simple but needed to be done right.Their project manager worked with us to plan everything out so it made sense. First, we figured out all the details, then they did wireframes and got the look of the app down.
Once that was solid, they built out the backend and made sure everything connected to our web app properly. After that, they tested everything to make sure it all worked smooth.Later on, we had them help us switch from hybrid tech to fully native apps. Even though we have our own tech team now, we still hit them up when we need something done fast.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They get things done when we need them, simple as that. Our deadlines depend on our customers, and Ghanshyam Digital always delivers.Like, say it’s Father’s Day coming up. Even if we hadn’t planned for it, I know these guys would jump in and make sure we were ready in time. They’re just reliable like that.

Our project manager made everything way easier. We didn’t have to stress about keeping things moving cause they handled all of that. Honestly, saved us a ton of headaches.

They got a team overseas but also have folks here managing the projects, and it all just works. The developers don’t need constant check-ins, which is great cause we don’t have time for that. As someone who’s not super techy, I appreciated that they just handled stuff and didn’t make me feel dumb.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ghanshyam Digital LLP could have done differently?

Honestly, not much. If anything, maybe better documentation so it’s easier to go back and look at past work. But overall, these guys are solid. If you need a dev team that actually knows their stuff and delivers, they’re the ones to call.

Coding for a mobile app game was requested and in the process of being delivered. There was preexisting coding but the functionality was not working as requested so Ghanshyam Digital was able to take over for the project and clean up the code so that the rules/game play worked as needed to complete a full game.

Statistics Tracking will be delivered on the project by months end and overtime rules will be implemented. The game is based on American Football and incorporates dart play. Multiplayer elements were added to the game along with skill level variation in game play (which will be added after initial "Rookie Level" is complete)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still in the middle of the project but so far coding and game play has been advanced further in the span of a single month than the time it took previous developer to incorporate requested changes over the course of several months. The changes requested have been expedient and accurate with Ghanshyam to the benefit of the overall project.

They've responded rapidly to needs thus far but of course we are still in the middle of the project. We are tracking to be finished by the deadline at the end of this month in four weeks.
