Our business was looking for a branding solution and we need a person/agency who can design something unique and out of the box. We worked on this project with The Ghani Solutions Ltd.

After comparing online reviews and ratings, we found 4 companies. As a result of our interview and consideration of each team's proposal, we chose our vendor due to their price point, communication skills, and general expertise.

They began by interviewing key members of our team as well as talking to some of our customers to determine how the public views our brand. Once they had an understanding of our brand and company values, they created an entire brand package for us. This included a new logo, tagline, and marketing materials. They also updated our website with the new brand image.

We had 3 people working on our project, and we completed it in a very short period of time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have nearly doubled our traffic since we completed the project. Our logo and branding materials are consistently complimented by customers, so we are satisfied with the results. They matched our original vision perfectly.

Our weekly meetings with the project manager focused on progress and next steps. We also communicated regularly via email and received updates frequently. We provided feedback at every step, and it was quickly implemented. They completed the work within our expected timeline as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's commitment to learning about our business and doing necessary research from the start was impressive. We felt like they genuinely cared about our needs and wanted to help us achieve our goals. I was also impressed by their creativity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My internal team is used to using Slack to communicate more than email, so I would have preferred that.
