For what projects/services did your company hire Getsocialguide, and what were your goals?

We engaged The getsocialguide.com to provide us with user interface (UI) designs to aid in the development of our product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our primary goal was to renovate and improve important elements of our existing platform's user interface, which we accomplished in part. Aside from that, we enlisted the assistance of The Software House for the UI design of new features.

Getsocialguide has assisted us with the UI design of new and revised features during the course of our collaboration thus far. In the process, they also made significant advancements in our UI library.

Because of the nature of our collaboration, two part-time web developers from getsocialguide were brought on board to help out.

We were able to improve the design of our product as a result of the assistance we received in UI design.

The work in this unique project was carried out using the Saas methodology.

Getsocialguide was an extremely dependable business partner. We value their Product Design abilities, as well as their transparent communication and adaptability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I don't believe that is the case. Once obstacles presented themselves, the Getsocialguie was ready and willing to handle them as quickly as possible and to our complete satisfaction.
