Get Ahead is a UK-wide outsourced business support agency founded in 2010 by Rebecca Newenham. We provide growing and owner-led businesses with flexible, expert remote support across a wide range of functions, with no minimum hours and no long-term contracts.

Our model is built around matching. Each client works with a local Regional Director who takes time to understand their business before hand-picking the right expert or team from our network of more than 90 specialists. This is not a marketplace where clients browse profiles and hope for the best. It is a managed, relationship-led service.

Services include virtual PA and business administration, marketing, social media, finance, bookkeeping, HR, creative and design, website development and SEO, and lifestyle management.

Get Ahead operates through nine Regional Directors across the UK, covering Surrey, Berkshire, North Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Suffolk, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Dorset, Wiltshire, and Yorkshire, with a nationwide service also available.

Founded in Surrey in 2010, the business launched as a franchise in 2017 following sustained growth and strong client retention. Get Ahead is a British Franchise Association member and the recipient of multiple awards including a BFA Balance Award and SME News Best Admin Support Firm.

Clients range from sole traders needing a few hours of support each week to established businesses requiring a full outsourced back office.
