We needed help with web design, branding, social media marketing, and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed our website and help with digital and social media marketing. I think they used WordPress because the CMS is very smooth. They’ve done so many jobs for me. They do my graphic design catalogs as well. When I want to promote some of my artists, they help me with digital marketing.

I searched online and found them in a Google search. I gave them a trial and was happy to go with them.

We’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2015 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a great impact. When I started, we had no online recognition. Since they got involved in my business, I’ve received so many calls. I’ve been interviewed by radio and tv stations. They’ve created great results for my business.

How did Genii-Prints Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m satisfied with their services. I just call them, and they get it done. They also call me from time to time to make sure I’m satisfied with their services. Management has been fantastic.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I told them what I wanted, they encouraged me to do it the whole way. I tried it and it’s the best strategy for my business.

There’s nothing they need to improve.
