How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had a successful equation with the vendor for 4 years on previous projects which were completed on time.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

I am on a schedule to launch my new Art website in the first week of January 2023. It is supposed to be a new launch; for a new year, which is important.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four people, including the CEO, are working with me on this project. Three of them are developers in different countries.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I find that the ideas I give are then further evolved and improved by them. As the work is esthetic, there are able to show me their ideas which I then approve.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, they are dealing directly with me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are working from a global platform from different countries, which allows them to see the solutions on a global scale, which in turn, may help my project globally instead of just locally or nationally.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When 3 to 4 people are focused on a solution, they try and get the best outcome.
