The developers were great working with. They were very active in communication and that helped us to sort all the blocking issues very quickly. Also their developers came up with suggestions and solutions to different problems. It was nice to see that they actually cared about a good solution and product outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During the project they assigned one developer who had a specific task to do the mobile app optimization, but seemed that he was not a suitable candidate for this task. Eventually he was removed from the project and we were not charged for his developments. So GeekyAnts sorted this situation well, but should better investigate their candidate qualifications. We lost a little bit of time, but did get to the desired result at the end.

From those estimates, you can phase out and prioritize features and parts that are central and those that are additional. You can even opt to build an MVP of your product to get things rolling. You can choose between the Scrum model or Fixed Scope model based on your requirements and we can get to development. In case you have wireframes only, we can help you design your screens as well.

Yes! We do have Staff Augmentation (Resource Augmentation) model in place as engagement model of choice. This is an Hourly Rate based model that involves a team of experts with the required expertise to work closely with you on your projects. The only requirement to engage in this model is an extensive Job Description document for us to build a team for you that is fit for the job. Billing is done on the basis of the time spent on the project.
