I am the IT engineer and I work in Pinaacle Technologies Pvt ltd

For what projects/services did your company hire GBC Enterprise Business, and what were your goals?

We wanted the software for HR and for accounting services and we wanted all the information regarding to employees to get stored in the software along with the attendance need to capture.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We checked all the vendors online and we found GBC business solutions which provides all the solutions which we required

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First they asked about our requirements and the layout of the application including the server size and about the data base requirement. After getting all the requirements they started step by step from one module to another module. They used CSS and Java script to develop the software.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people from the development team and one project manager and one guy from customer support team

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall the software was very good and impressive as per our requirements and we were happy with the outcome

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was great compared to other vendors we have worked with. They regularly met deadlines and we never had any expected turnovers. We communicated through Skype, Google Meet and Any desk

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They used to contact us regularly and used to update about the development about the software and we had direct access with the whole team and also with the management team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am happy with the service which I got
