I'm owner of an application development company in Belgium. Serving different clients from small companies to multinationals.

Our main challenge was to have.a reliable, scalable partner that could grow with us and deliver the right quality in the with the right processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After different PoC's with different vendors, GAP Software solutions was selected. Communication, quality of work, proper follow-up and good contacts were the main reasons for selecting GAP software solutions.

We work with solution designs, these solution designs are detailed and delivered to GAP Software solutions. Based on these solution designs, we receive a tentative quote and we get remarks on possible pitfalls. The solution design is properly assessed and we extend it together if needed.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There are 2 people in the core team and we extend in case there is a need.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We deliver projects at a rate which is way higher than before. Also the support is managed in a very agile way.

Communication and project management is fantastic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they take care about their customer and put the customer first. They really know how to get things done and are always open and transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at this point.
