Additionally, more detailed performance reports on ads and SEO would have helped track progress better. Overall, their work was impressive, and with these refinements, they can further enhance their services.

And after providing all the details they shared the critical working areas which were necessary to focus on initially and also they shared the number of a Dedicated Manager who shared all working progress from time to time with us and also cleared our doubts.

Yes, Of course, they delivered what they commit. We received registrations from manufacturers and distributors as per our expectations and the project is going in the absolutely right direction.

For Project discussions and management they kept 10 days meetings with our team and shared the progress of the project and also took the inputs from our team also their communication tools are also very good as they communicated through various tools from time to time like via calls, WhatsApp, online project management software for remarks, etc. and the project is actually going very smooth as of now.

Their style of working is very transparent and very impressive. They always welcome our input without any kind of argument and worked accordingly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although they are working tremendously as everyone knows that there is always scope for improvement so my only suggestion to them is to keep everything in the loop every time so as to avoid any miscommunication.

Result was upto the mark and i was completely satisfied with the result as I converted almost 10 students in 45 days of time

Our team understood the power of content and we were looking for a partner to associate with us for various ongoing requirements start with Logo Designing, Website Development, Content Marketing and SEO Services.

We were trying to hit the market with a slightly different strategy and Gap infotech helped us discovering the right way and future strategy.

How did you select Gap Infotech and what were the deciding factors?

We reached Gap Infotech via Google and researched about the company, their promotors and saw their work portfolio. I found some interesting work done by them. the main deciding factor is when you speak with someone and their words build trust.

I visited their office personally as we had a long term project and they let me meet with their Manager. Office environment was happy and finally my gut feeling allowed me to join hands with the team Gap Infotech.

For Logo Designing our requirement was simple, elegant and a Happy feeling. Exactly not remembered but team created around 7-8 rough drafts. Color was the main deciding factor, we were planning to go with Dominant Orange color but Gap Infotech pushes to go the other way Dominating Black and Orange with a highlighting vision.

Final version was approved in a week's time and the same is on the website. Platform we don't know much but we got the original file in .ai extension and jpeg, png formats etc.

For Website Designing and Development theme was decided by their team only as our requirement was very simple thus it got finalized in a day's time after they gave us the demo of the theme and our website was live in a week's time as content was getting ready parallelly while we were getting the logo designed.

Platform WordPress was used, rest technical we don't know much. For Content Marketing we allow them to write and publish few articles or Blogs for us for majority of the content we have an inhouse team. Content written by their team is also good and get approved to go on the website.

SEO is managed by gap Infotech team only and we are happy with their work. initially we were doing paid activities with them for some events organized by our team. Post covid we planned to go for SEO and they are handling our SEO very well.

As I personally understand the SEO till intermediate level and happy the way they are handling the On page SEO and offpage activities. In a short spa of time, we started ranking at various keywords.

Initially, 2 people had worked on our project 1 web designer and 1 web developer. Currently 4 people on an average working on our project for SEO. 1 Crm Manager 1 Project Manager and 1 Manager Content was initially involve for communication and idea sharing. Logo Designing extremally happy as we got what we have thought of. Website Designing and Development Happy with the services provided as we didn't have any specific requirements for that. SEO we are very delight to have Gap Infotech as our service partner.

We have kept our communication very simple and handy. They were offering us some crm access and to track the project performance and whats app for faster communication but we pushed them to communicate only via emails as it is with in our records always and is handy on the mobile. As on date communication with the Gap Infotech is very smooth.

Happy team, passionate team, andclear communication. Their clear role is defined for every task, and we can speak to the dedicated person for the task.

I selected GAP Infotech basis on their reviews and transparency. One thing which I liked the most is when I asked them to share few references of existing clients They shared the Company Name, Contact Person Name, Mobile Number and the work they have done for them.

That pushes me to think and decide the three things:

• They have delivered their best and continuously served their clients with top-tier services.
• They are sure of getting the positive feedback and were open to share the details before I decide to go with them
• They shared a list of more than 70 clients who are associating with them for more than 5 years. I made my decision to go with them.

• Logo Designing: I was looking for a simple yet symbolic Logo matching my name Tiffin Talks. They created a rough draft, and shared it with me. With in 2 revisions my logo was ready. Once it was ready and matching my requirements they shared various color options to choose from.
• Blog Designing and Development: Design was created from the scratch, We decided a word press theme and and post making correction in Home Page UI i got the final live home page on beta link to check the real feel. It includes some dummy content formation also. Then Blog detail page, I got three options from the theme blog detail page that was the page user needs to spend more time. We discuss the changes together and compile two designs to give it a final look. After that my website was live on the domain.
• Content Editing: Team helped me in editing the content written by my team of freelancers. I must say they have an intelligent team of content writers who was perfect in editing and proof reading.

Technology Used: Wordpress, PHP, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

It was awesome and matching my expectations. i am still associated with the team as my blog has ongoing work soon we are going to handover them digital too. We got the Ad sense approved in one go as team GAP Infotech followed all the guidelines required for Ad sense approval.

Timelines: Delivery within the Timelines Communication: Smooth Communication via WhatsApp Group, email, Over the Call. the good thing is there are leaders involved from each department related to our work. Manager CRM is always read to support and answer the queries. Management is directly involved in every project for smooth transition. We can reach the management anytime to discuss the ideas and project.
