I am the Principal Designer in Topaz Digital. Topaz digitizes end-to-end wealth and life management for High Net Worth Individuals. Our deep experience, flexible platform, and strong technology relationships make us the definitive solution provider and trusted partner for private banks, family offices, and external asset managers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Galera?

We were looking for video production experts, motion and sound design.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to produce a marketing video that would highlight the key products and product value proposition in a compelling, visually striking showreel.

How did you select Galera?

After a search online, and discussing with multiple vendors we selected Galera, because we were impressed with their work, and a clear process and next steps outline.

Galera was responsible for end-to-end video delivery. They helped us to refine the story and visual. Worked very well with our brand guidelines and visual language.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

After initial planning was approved, we have regular check-ins. Feedback was always very well received and updates quickly implemented.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 months we quickly launched showreel. Stakeholders were very impressed with the outcome.

We needed to produce a set of video templates for our social networks.

Get the set of AE templates in the given time.

After a set of interviews, we decided that Galera will be the best fit for us.

We went through the series of ideation steps together, then continued with the first drafts and after that the finalization.

Galera showed support even after the project was complete.

Feedback was great, thoughtful, well timed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not yet fully implemented produced videos in our workflow so can't really share any measurable outcome yet.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pretty great! Feedback was received well, changes and next rounds of template production were delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They care, they listen and suggest. The overall professionalism is quite great as well!

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were satisfied with their work. There we some minor things that we find out needed to be fixed after the end of the project, and Galera did all the edits with to problems.
