We are a Professional Services SME. We design develop and implement transformation strategies for our clients. This includes 3rd Party SED / ESD and skills development facilitation. We develop social mandates to assist government to meet their objectives.

For what projects/services did your company hire Galactic Digital?

Galactic Digital developed a Laravel (Lara-velle) system for us to assist with automating otherwise tedious tasks. Our system is live and currently being used by your staff and clients (vouchers & applications). Galactic Digital is currently developing a procurement system for which we have engaged their services. We have referred Galactic Digital to some of our clients who have currently engaged their services for Social Media Marketing, Web Design and developing of various systems required to better streamline their business processes and functions. Our clients feedback is that Galactic Digital offers a professional, personalized service, delivering within deadlines given. Our feedback is that Galactic Digital is able to engage efficiently and professionally by identifying the issues from a business analysis perspective and developing systems that enhance the processes within the business and setup systems for Social Media Marketing with a focus on long-term ROI based on the time saved for the systems implemented and access to market.

Reviewing of various provider quotations and services. It was important for our business to have a personal approach with a professional service and presentation. It was also key that the service provider was able to deliver within the deadlines provided as we had to meet client deliverables.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Galactic Digital have the ability to understand the business requirements and translate this into an IT Solution that is streamlined to the business. The workflow was efficient and smooth. With feedback provided on changes which was implemented within the required timeframes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to take a business need and translate this into a system solution which creates better efficiencies and workflow. We have not engaged their services for Social Media Marketing as yet but have referred them to a number of our clients who are very happy with the service and their implemented campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Galactic Digital has a small team, as they grow they will increase in size.
