fxis.ai helped us with both the frontend and backend sides. On the website front, they designed and developed a clean, lightweight site that clearly explained our product and gave us space to publish updates. It wasn’t overloaded with fancy animations exactly what we wanted.

The second part was more important: setting up an AI based content pipeline. We explained that we needed something that could pull in trending topics, summarize news in a readable format, and even create occasional blog like insights automatically. Their team built a system that taps into multiple sources, processes the data, and generates short-form content using a fine-tuned language model. We can now schedule and review everything from a simple internal dashboard they built for us.

The whole project took about 2.5-3 months end-to-end. The team was small I think we interacted with 2 people directly  but they were focused, quick, and easy to work with. The cost was fair for a startup budget, especially since it covered both web development and AI integration.

We went from a vague product idea to a working site and an AI driven blog engine in under 90 days. Within the first month after launch, we had over 10 AI generated posts live, which helped with SEO and early traction. The best part is we barely touch the backend now. Content generation happens automatically, and we just approve what we like.

What I liked most was that they didn’t overcomplicate anything. A lot of companies try to sell you big words and buzz, but these guys just listened to what we needed and got it done. The AI part especially they didn’t try to push fancy dashboards or analytics we didn’t ask for. They kept it clean and functional, which was what we were looking for.

Honestly, not much. Maybe a bit more guidance early on around AI content limitations would have helped, but nothing that slowed us down. Overall, the experience was straightforward and productive.

For example: Their photo matching tool solved a real headache helping customers who don’t know the exact name of a seal or spare still place the correct order. Their chatbot now handles many of the routine product questions that used to eat up hours of our team’s time. Their inventory insights are already helping us cut waste and focus more on what’s actually selling.  They didn’t feel like an outside vendor they worked like a true partner who wanted to see us succeed.

Overall, we’re very happy with the work FXIS.ai delivered, but if there’s one area they could improve, it would be providing more hands-on training or simple guides for our team to use the new tools more confidently right from the start. While their team was always available and quick to support us whenever we had questions, having a bit more structured onboarding material upfront would’ve made the transition even smoother. That said, their responsiveness and willingness to guide us through every step more than made up for it.

However, we need to find a suitale substitute for the API integration as part of our upcoming changes. This will enable us to prepare for the full launch.

Their AI/ML Dev team helped in ML programming of a result oriented solution where the scope was to automate the correct and wrong results of a solution which was formed as a combination of various parameters.

This was done manually till now by a team of data scientists which took a lot of their manual efforts and by this algo , the aim was to achieve an automated solution where only inserting the input parameters would provide the accuracy of the solution.
