A simple website explaining what My Blue Hero is with the call to actions of logging in, signing up and finding a service provider.

• Data Administration System

A third-party application (e.g. Google Sheets) allowing My Blue Hero team members to input and edit service provider data, which is then visualized for the user in the User Web Application.

• User Web Application

A web application allowing users to sign up, log in, search for service providers, filter service providers based on basic criteria, view service providers in a list and map view, and view a service provider profile page.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

FuturByte went above and beyond to make sure My Blue Hero project was a success.

FuturByte's Lab was breath of fresh air and noexpeptionallelite professionals but they treated me as family, expeptionall experience in very fast paced environment their attention to detail is unmatched. As the founder for a startup can be challenge and lonely road.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They treated me as family. They had exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment, and their attention to detail was unmatched.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FuturByte could have done differently?

I wish they had more flexibility to make adjustments to project timeline as I felt they weren't open to extend if needed. But exceptional experience overall and will continue to work with FuturByte.

FuturByte came in to help with our SaaS after a previous development company made a ton of mistakes. They fixed it quickly and continued to improve it. Since then they have helped develop and grow another SaaS platform that supports our current platform as well.

The product issues were resovled and more features added which increased to more sales.

Yes, They are extremely flexible and they delivered items on time and responded every time we needed something new or a change.

Find a solution then implement extremely fast and I was impressed by their ability to understand the problem

Adding a project manager/owner early on would be helpful to anyone new to development management.

Can do attitude of all team members.

I think we should have had clear goals and expected outcomes as these were a little lost initally but they still completed the project to the majority of my expectation.
