We have seen their profile on Upwork. They were fit to our needed skills.

There are 15 usecases developed by them. They have integrated the Banks API to our middleware. we have used Java Spring boot for middleware developement and Javascript and JQuery for UI JSP Pages

5 to 6 resources of vendor we worked with. all are JAVA full Stack developers

We have to do the rework in most of the cases since requirement are getting changed. There are tight deadlines.

We have used monday.com for better project management. It help us to monitor and track the work.

nothing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
we have been worked for three to four month and during that time we could not have the time to do analysis on that.
