I am Business Development Manager of sports clothing and accessories company. We sell sports masks for cyclists, runners, skiers, snowboarders.

We were doing order fulfillment directly from our headquarters and it was talking much longer delivery time and high cost for the customers in North America. So we wanted to have 3PL partner there

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After start of working with Fulfyld we saw increase in number of orders and good feedbacks from customers regarding shipping conditions.

We mostly communicate with Account Manager, who explains our needs and preferences to the team. Also we have direct communication with Customer Support team too

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caring for the company. They are doing their best to ship the goods on time, keep products safe, and manage the inventory.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the beginnning there were some errors from their system, incorrect shipments. But as time pass by after several weeks they kept up with high performance and support.
