Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the account manager for WB Sweetners. We produce a sweetener called Sweetly Stevia.
What challenge were you trying to address with FtxInfotech?
We hired them to build our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
FtxInfotech built our website on Magento from scratch. They created everything from the payment gateways to the ordering functionality functionalities to our graphics and written content. They made sure our shipping worked well and set up a dashboard to help us communicate directly with customers. We also received some SEO services from their team.
What is the team composition?
There are 50 people working on our website, but I mainly work with Akash (Managing Director, FtxInfotech).
How did you come to work with FtxInfotech?
I’ve worked with them previously through other agencies. I already knew their work ethic when it came to these projects.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in July 2019, and they now provide ongoing maintenance.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The business just got started. People are asking questions and learning more about our product and offerings. That’s translated into some sales.
How did FtxInfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
Whenever I send an email, I get a response within a few minutes, and they instantly take care of the issue within the hour.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their work ethic is very professional. They know what they’re talking about and what they’re doing. Whenever I describe an issue, they know instantly what’s wrong.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t see anything from my end that they’d need to fix. FtxInfotech knows what they’re doing over there.
Any advice for potential customers?
I don’t see why somebody wouldn’t work with FtxInfotech. They give me a one-to-one ratio for customer service. We have one person that knows consistently what’s going on, what’s been done, and what’s going to be done.
The business has just launched, so it’s too early to tell results. However, the client is satisfied with FtxInfotech’s work and have kept them as a maintenance partner. They provide quick responses to questions and concerns, have a high work ethic, and display professionalism.
