FSS (Fevralov Strategy Systems)

FSS (Fevralov Strategy Systems) is the commercial brand of SIA FLEXLAB, based in Riga, Latvia. We help businesses find relevant company customers and make better use of the information inside their organisation.

Our B2B outreach work covers audience selection, company research, offer preparation, business conversations and reply analysis. Clients receive interested replies and market findings; their sales team normally continues the conversation. We agree on responsibilities before work starts and do not promise a fixed number of orders.

We also combine business data from spreadsheets, available system exports, documents and agreed email archives. Projects can include one-off analysis, recovery of earlier enquiries and agreements, or custom AI workflows that let staff ask questions and check the source records. For repetitive work, we build solutions such as turning reviewed photos of job sheets into searchable work history.

When a campaign needs a focused explanation of one offer, we create a dedicated landing page, including cases where the main website cannot be changed.

FSS ONE is our standalone B2B outreach software with a credit-based usage model. It is in beta testing; sales are not open yet. Managed project work and software use are separate ways of working with FSS.

Projects start with one defined business task, an agreed scope and a result that can be checked. Data access, delivery, ongoing support and deletion arrangements are agreed for each project.
