Honestly, at first I was a little worried about doing everything via email. I am not very knowledgable about this topic so I have many questions but their clear communication via email and ability to set parameters and goals upfront worked really well and I felt all my questions were answered and they did a great job.

There was an ad about this great company designing free websites for individuals. I thought this was a joke or a scam. I am a small business owner just starting and a full-time student. I filled out the application, and to my surprise, my application was chosen, and they started the website process. They walked me through every step of the way and were patient with me. I had nothing to worry about. And a few weeks later my website was up. I appreciate The Free Website Guys so much. This has really been a blessing to me.

From the point of finding out my project had been accepted, the team were exceptional in their communication to speak through my idea, walk through my options, provide clear, easy to follow instructions and gave a timeframe for the work itself. Once the site build began, Sven provided progress updates every step of the way and showcased the work they’d conducted and the impact it has. Once the site had been created, Sven provide a concise handover to allow me to make amendments to the site to suit my brand. The site itself looks fantastic, it’s slick and beautifully designed and is extremely responsive - the team also performed SEO work on the site to optimise the business on Google which was an amazing touch. The best thing about it, it’s absolutely FREE!
