I really appreciate the work the Free Website Guys did to help realize my new website. This is a MAJOR upgrade from what I had before. They made the whole process very easy to follow along with. Their step-by-step process boosted my confidence in the service and my own understanding of how the backend of my website works.

If you have any special requests that they don't normally handle on a regular basis, there will be a bit of a communication gap since I'm communicating with the middle man and not directly with the web developers.
