We did lose contact with them for about 1.5 weeks and called a different name but that was quickly fixed. With the amount of emails i receive i'm sure it was a mistake.

Once we decided to go on with the project, The Free Website Guys led me through the whole process by describing very well everything that they were going to do and what needed to be done on my end. Sometimes by e-mail and sometimes they sent me videos which were really helpful.
They sent me updates regularly, explaining what had been done and what was next to be done.

I was in contact with one person of the team the whole time. I don't know how many were working on the project but the results were great.
