Sven and his team delivered exactly what they promised: a fully functionable website built for my business for free. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and for surprise charges to be sprung on me, but that never happened. There was the option to go for paid versions and templates, but it wasn't obligatory; and even the paid templates were really well priced (I went with all the free versions though myself).

All communications were very fast and clear, all changes I requested were made for me, and when the website was handed over to me the guys sent me a lot of easy-to-follow videos explaining everything to me step by step. It was an outstanding service from start to finish, and I cannot recommend these guys enough.

The fact that a company such as The Free Website Guys can potentially do something like build a complete, comprehensive website for an entrepreneur such as myself, when I don't have the time and am on a tight budget, for little to no money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Free Website Guys could have done differently?

The only area, which was more the exception than the rule, is that, on occasion, it may take them a few days to respond to an email question. Fortunately, I had planned far enough ahead for the launch of my new business, that this was never really an issue on the odd occasion that it may happen.
