The Free Website Guys helped me create my website from scratch. After I signed up for web hosting, they took care of the back end set up of my website. They then provided me with a variety of themes and website designs for me to choose from. After I made my pick, they set up the analytics and backup of my website.

Well, I didn't pay for any of their services. They created everything for me from scratch. I didn't know how to build a website for my business and they were kind enough to help me achieve that goal. Thanks to them, I was able to get a website that matches my needs and the design was also awesome because it matches the design of other big websites in my niche.

Most of the communication was with Sven. The team was very organized. When we started, they sent me a pdf detailing all the steps we would take when creating the website. They always kupdated me on each step. They also sent tutorial videos to help in certain areas coz I'm such a newbie in web design and development. The team delivered on time, responded within 48 hours, and was always professional and kind in all our interactions.

I stumbled across the Free Website Guys on Trust Pilot when I was looking for a website builder and was impressed by their reviews. Trying to go through the process of setting up a website alone felt very daunting and overwhelming and being a new starter I didn't have the funds to spend a lot of money so it seemed like a no brainer to give this a go. I filled in the application form which to my surprise was accepted. 
The process has been flawless from start to finish. Sven has kept me informed every step of the way and the actions I needed to take were explained step by step with clear guides, pictures and video's which for me as a visual learner were great and simple to follow. 
I chose to upgrade my website for a small fee however there is zero pressure to do this. The process is now complete and my website looks amazing, all that's left now is update it with my own information ready to go live.
