The Free Website Guys exceeded my expectations in building my online fitness platform. Sven and his team were supportive, professional, and patient throughout the process, ensuring the technical foundation was solid and user-friendly while helping me understand basic website management essentials.
I did encounter a couple of challenges, such as pointing our domain and changing the colour of our text and buttons to match our brand logo. However, Sven and his team quickly addressed these issues by sending over detailed instructions and videos that made it easy for me to point my domain to the web host. They also helped me in changing the colours so that everything matches and looks aesthetically pleasing. Their new service of pre-populating the site with customised text also saved me time and provided a strong foundation that I could easily tweak.
Once the website was handed over, it was completely mine to develop further. The Free Website Guys gave me full control to make any changes or enhancements, ensuring the platform could evolve as my business grows.
