Sven and the team have been efficient and professional throughout the whole process of setting up my website. Sven is responsive to emails and provides regular updates. The guidance videos sent to support me with how to choose themes and how to update my website are easy to follow. When my life got busy there was no pressure from the team, and they were ready to proceed again when I was.

Build a website with plug ins that works with intergration of domain. I do not really know the technical terms. But they built me a website through bluehost and word press that also incorporates a blog if I choose to use it.

They sent me an email every step of the way including when they needed me to do some things. I at least received an email everyday or every other day. Great communication!

They delivered everything on time and if there was a hold up, they communicated via email to let me know why and how much longer it would take but the timeframe was very reasonable.

They offered services at a fraction of the price of other website companies and you get a unique website that doesn't look like everyone else's.

I didn't expect it to literally be free, so there are some things you have to pay for but it is very little in comparison to what you could pay for professional web design.

Step by step instructions were provided along the way from choosing themes to how you want your website to look.
At the end, the hand off seems daunting but I have been provided with all the tools to independently manage my new website!

If I was to be nit picky,  it may be nice to have a phone number to call as sometimes it's easier to explain things in a live conversation that in an email.
