Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We contacted them regarding improving our security solution ecosystem, involving developping active directory plugins, advanced VPN agents (both Windows and Apple tech) and front end development. All these elements had to be integrated with our core security engine and prevously developped CD & CI solutions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We established scheduled deliverables, which they successfully completed throughout the project's lifetime. Each devliverable was tested in our facilities by our team, and any bugs that were encountered were fixed in a fast and professional manner. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered all software pieces on time and with all functionalities present. As previously mentioned, our QA team did found several bugs and features that needed some fixing, Francium did so in an expedite way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Although they have tech-savy personel regarding web development, they were able to provide experienced professionals in areas where they are usually hard to find people to work with (Windws and Apple embedded software, interacting with low-level OS functions). Also, in the areas where they did not have a dedicated expert, they were able to quickly get up to date and adapt to the circunstances. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Francium Tech could have done differently?

Not that come to mind right now.
