I am the founder of Alpha Travel, we are a travel agency, that travel across the American continent, and have visited over 33 countries

We checked up clutch website and found their company and looked up their background online, after contacting their customer service, we decided to go for them as they see like the best alternative

The app was built using the latest technologies and frameworks to ensure it is fast, reliable, and scalable. It also has a user-friendly interface and provides a seamless experience for your users. Additionally, we will make sure the app is optimized for both iOS and Android platforms. It has a booking feature to book travels for visitors

A manager was assigned to me, he actually took care of everything and collected all the information needed for the project

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The actually offered a professional service the app has a sleek and user-friendly design that our users love, many of our customer that has started using the app have actually left us over 10 positive ratings, in less than a week 4.9 in overall. The team also went above and beyond to ensure that the app was optimized for both iOS and Android platforms.

I had the pleasure of working with the manager on a the project and I must say, The were simply outstanding. They had exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. They were able to keep the team focused and motivated throughout the project, ensuring that we delivered a high-quality product on time and within budget.

They had excellent communication skills, which allowed them to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and keep everyone informed of the project's progress. They were able to manage conflicting priorities and provide creative solutions to overcome any challenges that arose. Their technical knowledge was also invaluable. They were able to provide guidance and support to the team on a technical level, ensuring that we were using the most efficient and effective tools and processes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The first thing that was extremely impressive is their customer support, its absolutely impressive, the application's User interface is really unique, I wasn't actually expecting such a great design. Then application's was awesome

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

What i actually think they need to work on is being more explicit on project steps and procedures, they need to carry the customer along more often

I’m one of the owners of a transportation company. We provide luxury and on-demand transportation services in the Orlando area.

My partners are satisfied with the work. I’ve gotten positive feedback from everyone so far.

They’re very good. They keep me up to date and communicate with me almost daily. I’m always aware of what is going on. We mainly communicate via email, but we also talk over the phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The website they built is pretty impressive. It’s just what I wanted. I’ve also been impressed with their marketing knowledge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not that I can think of right now.

You can compare them with other companies. I think you’ll find that their price and quality of work is good.

We need an email system to boost our Home Medical equipment supplies reach by getting email marketing campaigns done.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and came across Fox Digital Solutions, we had a discussion with them and ask them questions to know if they are good at what they offer and they happen to give us the best tips.

We rebuild our email system and optimized our website. We acquire email list and made a promotional campaigns, with newsletters. All design and content ideas was handle by the team.

We had a successful and a converting campaign, as we were able to make about 20 orders via the campaign and newsletters. which makes our conversion rate increased by 40%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They're an organized team. We keep each other updated almost everyday.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really love their newsletter setup as they actually have the best Title and Call-To-Action Button was really great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None.
