No usable books resulted. When services ended, about $83,000 was still sitting in an "Ask My Accountant" account, loan and merchant cash advance proceeds had been booked as revenue, and Stripe payouts were not reconciled.

The firm's own team wrote that it makes "a best guess" on transactions. We asked for a refund in writing four times in January 2026 and the firm refused in writing.
