RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no measurable outcomes demonstrating completion or success. While some preliminary design and logo drafts were provided, the core deliverables — including the functioning website, user dashboard, payment integrations, and handover of all files and credentials — were not delivered. No working prototype, staging link, or final assets were provided by the agreed completion date (early August 2025).

The only partial progress consisted of initial logo revisions and limited Figma design layouts, which did not progress into a functional or testable product. Therefore, the project cannot be considered successful or complete, and measurable outcomes are not met.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was poor and inconsistent. The developer missed multiple agreed-upon deadlines, including the final completion date in early August 2025. Communication became sporadic, with long periods of no response to emails or messages. While early interactions were positive and collaborative, follow-through on timelines, updates, and deliverables steadily declined. Overall, items were not delivered on time, and responses to my needs were delayed or incomplete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At the beginning, I found the company’s enthusiasm and technical knowledge promising. The initial design concepts and attention to branding direction showed potential. However, those positive first impressions were overshadowed. They missed deadlines and had a lack of follow-through.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Forty Quarters Digital could have done differently?

Yes. The most critical area for improvement is project completion and accountability. Forty Quarters Digital did not complete the contracted website project, which remains unfinished as of October 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, no functional website, admin access, or final handover was ever delivered. Clearer timelines, consistent communication, and honoring commitments are essential. I am still owed a refund for the project.
