BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founder and CEO or Regxsa. Our primary area of focus is in improving Anti Money Laundering (AML) investigation at Financial Institutions. We aim to bring human intelligence backed up by technology to boost AML investigations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Fortech, and what were your goals?

We had a good concept (on a presentation) and wanted to materialize this concept into a prototype. We hired Fortech to help in developing this prototype. Our main goal was to design a user friendly interface (from our concept) which is scalable and reusable. Last but not least, this solution should sit in cloud.

SOLUTION

How did you select Fortech and what were the deciding factors?

We met their representatives at one of the Fintech conferences. Their "can do" attitude impressed us. More positive surprises were down the road when the team (even during initial discussions) where thinking along on what is best for "us".

• Develop a cloud based investigation solution
• This solution should be very much scalable as we have to process huge volume of data
• Implement different use cases which we wanted to pitch to our potential clients
• Optimize the prototype for performance.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total 10 staff members, right from Account Manager, to Tech Architect and developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Just one word "Impressive"! Translating an idea to a real product is a challenge. Fortech delivered on their promise of understanding what we were looking for and delivered an even better solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They think together with you as a team and not "us" vs. "them".

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None I can think of now.
