I am the CIO of a small/medium home goods vertical retailer. We operate 100% online.

For what projects/services did your company hire ForkPoint?

My company contracted the rehosting of our Ecommerce to Salesforce. The Systems Integrator prior to Forkpoint turned in a website that was less than 60% operational.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Forkpoint was interviewed, the project explained, they were very upfront with effort, expectations, process, etc. My entire organization is extremely pleased with ForkPoint's performance.

The project was in a nutshell... salvaging a bad deployment of an Ecommerce store.

The forkpoint team has been flexible - sometimes 1 person, other times depending on urgency up to 4 resources

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome is a fully functional system.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Forkpoints teams has been exceptional to work with. They have been individual contributors, expertise transfer, mentors, etc. In a nutshell excellent experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One thing that was critical for us, was the personal involvement on our project. This showed that the care on the success of the project, not just another project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of.
