    We allocate percentages of time to our client. Some consultants are committed full-time for a period to one client. Another one may be more focused on intermittent or support services and do a range of clients in one week, while another may be doing 2-3 more part time clients. We become flexible based off of our clients current needs.

    We always recommend the blueprint phase, which gives us two weeks dedicated to mapping out your facility, it's processes, and your current systems. Then we give you a jam packed folder that gives you your current state and your future state in detail based off of the pain points, and the investments/projects you are looking allocate for. You can use this blueprint with us, or with another consulting firm. However, even our clients who decide to move to bigger firms - use our blueprints to explain exactly what they want and what they have and save thousands (and thousands) of dollars in discovery calls.
