Full custom software development - Java back-end, React and Angular front-end. They also built infrastructure and did DevOps. Finally, they delivered manual and automated QA testing and marketing. Took a little over 3 years to build a major platform. Very pleased.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome is that we got a completely working product with no bugs, on time. Thank you.

They gave us a dedicated project manager. We were in constant communication, no surprises. Every time we needed something, they promptly responded. If they ran into trouble, we always were updated. If they finished something early, they also let us know and saved us money without unnecessarily prolonging things. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

These people know what they are doing. They only hire actually qualified talent, and it shows. All the guys we worked with had experience from major tech firms or have previously on large projects. They coded quickly and professionally.

Honestly, it's difficult to find areas for improvement. If anything, I would say that initial project
scoping took slightly longer than expected, but this was mainly due to thorough planning on
their part.
