It starts with a short message and a 30-minute call, no pitch deck, just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go. If it's a good fit, we move into a strategy workshop to nail down goals, audience, and scope together. From there I put together a clear proposal and timeline before any work begins, so there are no surprises on cost or deliverables. Once we're aligned, I set up a shared project space and staging site, and we get started. You'll always know what's happening and when.

Because you get direct access to the person actually doing the work, not a rotating cast of account managers and junior developers. I've spent 10,000+ hours in this exact niche, sales-optimized WordPress websites, so you're not paying for someone to learn on your project. Decisions move faster since there's no internal hierarchy to navigate, and pricing tends to be more transparent without agency overhead built in.
