FNBSolutions

FNB Solutions is a software engineering studio based in Besançon, France, working with clients worldwide in English and French. We design, build and run complex, high-stakes web applications: custom platforms, internal tools and back-office systems, backend and data-heavy products, and high-end custom websites.

We also take over fragile or poorly built codebases and stabilize them without a risky rewrite. We run independent technical audits of architecture, code, security and infrastructure. And we investigate and clean up compromised websites and applications, from WordPress malware to React and Next.js exploits.

Your project is built by a fixed team of senior engineers who have led large projects at major companies. They are profit-sharing partners in the studio, not contractors, so the same people stay from start to finish, and nothing is subcontracted. At least two engineers know every project, so nothing depends on one person. Founder Ali Badreddine is accountable for delivery.

You own the code and IP from day one, and your repositories and hosting stay in your own accounts. Work is split into milestones with written acceptance criteria and paid as each one is delivered. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted in writing first. NDA and GDPR data processing agreements are available, with EU hosting options. You can start with a paid discovery phase and keep the plan it produces.

Recent work: a digital commerce platform that unifies catalogs from many regional providers, a multi-jurisdiction company incorporation platform, and a custom publishing system for a journalism platform.
