I'm CEO of UX Design agency that creates user-friendly mobile applications and websites.

We needed to have the texts for Social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, company website) that will engage the audience and that will generate the leads for our services. Also, Fluento provided me with the articles for the mobile application branch portal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew each other from the BNI group and I asked CEO of Fluento Marcin Drozdowski to prepare me one text for Social Media. He provided me with a very brilliant and engaging text that I liked a lot. After its publication on my social media, I saw many positive reactions and appreciations, so I decided to have longer cooperation in this field with Fluento.

The project was to create the indicated quantity of texts for social media posts and articles for a branch portal on monthly basis. I prepared just a short description of the topics I wanted to raise in my articles and posts and I've received the ready texts on agreed days of each month.

CEO Marcin was the author of all the texts I've received.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I've got a thousand new followers of my and my company profile on LinkedIn thanks to the texts provided by Fluento. Each publication had tens of reactions which made me broaden my reach within LInkedIn audience and my potential clients included. Also, I've got several contacts and realized projects for the leads generated by Fluento's social media content on my profile.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Marcin Drozdowski provided the texts punctually, was very reactive on our internal channels of communication (Slack). He was also available on phone or for Zoom meetings, in case it was necessary. I really appreciated the workflow between our team and Fluento.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of texts was always on the top, the content being substantial and involving the audience to comments and reactions. Many times, it happened that someone asked me: "Who's managing your social media? Your profile is awesome!", so I got the confirmation that the effect visible on my and my company profile was the one I expected and even more than I expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, for me it was a perfect cooperation.

We've created the high-fidelity mock-ups for e-store based on the Magento template for our customers and we needed support of a good development company. We've met the CEO of Fluento Mobile Solutions, Marcin Drozdowski, on the BNI business club and found out his company is trustworthy and well known for its work quality. We've decided to give this project to Fluento Mobile Solutions and the client was really surprised by the final effect!

I've met the CEO of Fluento Mobile Solutions at the BNI meetings as an entrepreneur recommended by many other BNI members for his expertise in the branch. Also, the project's realization time was very satisfying for us.

1. kick off determining the client's needs regarding the development of an e-store built based on Magento template.
2. Products features were: chatbot, promotional system, client management system for e-store admin, integrated with customer's ERP system, payment gateway
3. Development phase - finished before the final deadline!

We've worked directly with CEO and one of the developers - Pawel.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Customer was very satisfied with the e-store functioning that he decided to run with us his one another store in Magento. Also, he noted that the income has been higher than estimated.

We used mainly tools as Jira to coordinate the tasks and for daily communication we contacted via Slack and Zoom. We worked together in Agile model. Fluento Mobile Solutions showed his professional and effective way of managing a project. The feedback was regular and adequate to our expectations. The developer was very experienced in the matter and we've managed to finish the rpoejct without any difficulties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fluento Mobile Solutions knows very well the UX Design perspective and has very qualified developers working there. We've been surprised by the fluent workflow and the reactivity of the developer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The services provided by Fluento Mobile Solutions are on the highest level, we'll be surely cooperating with this company in the future.

Seek out or also the person who will take care of the task, I took into account the importance and will become the assigned task. The speed of realization of the good was planned during the execution of the order.

The application has been working very well over the years. Until now, it is used and earns money for our company.

The deadlines were kept. Any corrections were added within a few days of their submission.

They established good contact with the owner of the company. A lot of time is devoted to discussing the program. Big things that are not prompted to me, for which there is no possibility of finding attention.
