An extensive AWS infrastructure has been built to manage a fleet of our devices. All the necessary components have been developed and deployed, including a Kubernetes cluster as a core, a database, all the necessary CI/CS pipelines and so on.
A ML/AI model has been built from scratch on the device data. The desired accuracy of 5% has been achieved.
A modern UI/UX design for the web panel has been implemented in Figma and transferred to the frontend developers.

During the interaction with Flyaps, our products have been successfully launched as an MVP and presented in a number of conferences being highly rated.

The project management with Flyaps is always transparent and flexible. Both Flyaps developers and management understand the business needs even if they change and are doing their best to contribute. We have regular SCRUM-based syncs and we are happy seeing the Flyaps devs to propose the best technical solutions based on business requirements. They demonstrate a mature and professional approach. If we experience any issues, they are typically resolved with the Flyaps management in a chat during a couple of hours.

We worked with 4 developers from Flyaps, each of them was a really great professional. We have never claimed to replace anybody of who was proposed by Flyaps. This is a high standard.
The Flyaps management is really nice. We used to work with different consultancies, we ended up with Flyaps as with them is almost no issue that we can't solve quickly and effectively.
