What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website - the UI/UX of the website was good however the website is not SEO friendly it was not deployed in an SEO friendly environment.
the admin portal was too complicated to operate simple operations take multiple screen shifting not at all user friendly. The development team vanished the day the payments were made. They didn't give a single day of support. The project had to be reassigned and I had to repay for the entire product again. As Fluwid is a cheat team they are not at all professional and lack experience. They won't give you the right price and keep fooling you although they are good designers as they are able to create a good looking website but the product is substandard

Terrible project management, thieves, don't trust them.... They will leave you in lurch and don't give complete codes n keys to the product ... they don't give after productions environment support for single day...
