We are the franchisee of Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand in Armenia and Georgia. We provide car rental and transportation solutions to corporate and individual customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire FLOOPEN STUDIO?

We have developed a website with API integrations and booking functionality. The website allows customers to search and book car rental services throughout global Enterprise Rent-A-Car network and receive instant booking confirmation.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to have a very reliable and fully functional integration through API connections which would allow customers to always search for best available rates and offers throughout the network

We have had previous experience with Floopen on another project which they completed successfully.

Floopen has worked closely with our headquarters studying all guidelines and requirements there was available for the website. They have then designed and developed the website with full functionality. They have also made it SEO friendly and easy for us to add/edit any content using the customized admin panel.

What was the team composition?

There were 5 people involved in the Project including the Project Manager who was the main contact for us. The team remained pretty much the same during the whole project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website has successfully passed the auditing by headquarters and launched in August 2019. It has been a great success and boost for sales. We currently use also the support service by Floopen which gives us a peace of mind in case any connection failures occur.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We have had a very successful experience with Floopen, particularly in terms of the project management. They have done a great job in understanding our needs and also planning/managing the processes by keeping all main deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is very solution oriented. They do have the knowledge and experience to execute ambitious projects. They are very good in communication too and that makes our life easy to deal with an IT company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is not much I can suggest them to improve. I wish them best of luck in their business.

I am Marketing and communications Manager at Business Armenia, which until June 2019 was Investment and trade promotion agency. The main purpose of the foundation was promoting FDI's and business in Armenia.

Floopen studio in the framework of the new website of Business Armenia provided the following services:

What was the team composition?

The team was composed of the project managers, developers and of course web designer. During many meetings also the CEO of the company was present, who always came up with innovative approaches and advice. The whole team was very friendly full of new ideas and responsibility.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since the previous website of the foundation was with the previous branding and was not user friendly, this new website developed by Floopen studio resolved all the problems , that we had before.

First of all it became more presentable, user friendly both web and mobile version, the sections were more comfortable for navigation and search engine optimization was better than it was before.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I was the project manager from Business Armenia and was always in touch with the project manager from Floopen Studio. The project manager was very responsible and kept all the deadlines. As a result I find it effective, since the final result was satisfying.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was really impressed by the teamwork of the company. Both the CEO and other stakeholders were always caring and came up with prompt solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For the future we are thinking for a new collaboration Floopen studio for the second stage of development.

I am the Communications Expert at Armenia National SDG Innovation Lab. At the Lab we envision mainstreaming the culture of innovation and experimentation in policy making for sustainable development.

There were other vendors, but FLOOPEN STUDIO had great experience and better total cost. Given the short timeframe for the development of the website, we opted for a reliable and experienced partner with great reputation.

They designed, developed and launched a fully-functioning website with back-end solution. The team was very quick in response and amendments were made upon feedback from our side.

We worked with three team members, but they were more people involved in the project in different stages of the development of the product.

The website helped to raise awareness about the Lab among our stakeholders, partners and public.

Project management was impressive. By using various platforms, including Slack, they complied with deadlines and made communication flawless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are open to ideas, but also know their craft well enough to be able to explain the cons and pros of such ideas. They are open to conversation and are very flexible when it comes to timelines.

There is not a lot to improve; it was a great teamwork.

I am the Executive Director of the Union of Employers of ICT. Upon the initiative of a number of ICT companies, in September 2015 the Union of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies (UEICT) has been established in Armenia with the aim of presenting and defending rights and interests of ICT employers.

Currently, leading companies of Armenia and Universities preparing ICT professionals joined the Union, and the number of members keeps growing. The Union concentrate on raising awareness about Armenia on international area, on Armenia’s participation in international projects, as well as on involvement of organizations of global significance in Union’s activities.

Within one week after describing what we wanted, they presented us with three different versions. We selected a design concept and proceeded with the development. FLOOPEN Studio tested everything in details to make sure everything worked fine as we moved online.

Shortly after the official launch, we noticed an increase in the amount of inquiries, which eventually led to a rise the count of different companies. The website was completed two years ago, but it is still one of the more attractive ones in our industry.

Project management was awesome. They are using latest technologies in Agile. We used Slack for communication, they provided a test URL through which the development process was very transparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Floopen Studio had a great development team and was on top of everything. They were very responsive and were always available, even on weekends. I was impressed by their willingness to help with even the most minor question.

They have proven their professionalism, and we are working with them in terms of yearly support.

Trident performs base support operations and equipment leasing worldwide, including multifunction copiers. The company has also performed small construction and engineering projects, specializing in procurement and logistics for products sourced both inside and outside the contiguous U.S. My job is to enable new technologies and solutions to run the business more effectively.

I interviewed multiple agencies in Armenia and the U.S. Out of four companies, I chose to work with FLOOPEN because of multiple referrals from close contacts as well as the confidence that was demonstrated by their team.

I was impressed by their positive attitude and the willingness to find solutions to any problem we came across. I never heard them say that a task was outside our contract or that something was not possible. Overall, it has been great working with the team. I will definitely consider them for future projects.
