The project conducted by Fleye and Pulga during the 6 months of work objectified improvements in the mobile app, the internal system and full support. The first step was to rebrand de application completely, wich was a success for the customer and the employees, giving the app a new face and intuitive design/functions. Pulga needed to update the Node to keep on the workflow and start the project, and after the update conducted by Fleye, we started the project to improve everything we could.

After on, we worked on improve the actual internal (employees) system, as well to create a new one in parallel for later implementation. Some bugs were corrected and a new system with new functions was made, optimizing general operational tasks. Fleye helped Pulga to create a Power B.I. capable of read and show crucial data of the operation. We implemented new payment gateways and sollutions for better experience for the final costumer, as well to flexibilize the payment methods.

Fleye studied and prototyped a potencial GeoFence to get in use on the user application for better operation results and solutions. New implementations were made on the application to better the user experience, correcting minimum issues, bettering messages and informations, as well to changing the account validation method. In parallel of all the improvements, Fleye gave Pulga full support to keep the software running and correcting issues.

95% of items were delivered on time and they would always respond in a timeley manner to requests and were happy to pick things up when required over weekends and evenings ....particularily when an important deadline was near.

There was a moment when we felt we needed more granular detail on what task each team member was working on but that waa adressed and with that we have been entirely happy with how things have been working.
