I’m the marketing coordinator of Huahui Kitchen, a company that provides professional kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, and renovation solutions for homeowners in the Greater Toronto Area.

What challenge were you trying to address with FlashCoding?

Our main goal was to build a stronger online presence and generate more qualified leads. We wanted a professional website that better showcased our products and services, improved visibility on Google and AI-powered search platforms, and consistent business information across the web. We also wanted to give potential customers a more interactive way to visualize renovation results using AI before contacting us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FlashCoding handled the project from website development through ongoing digital optimization. They first designed and developed our company website to better showcase our kitchen cabinet and renovation services. They then implemented SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to improve our visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms. They also worked on improving the consistency of our business information across major online directories and platforms. Finally, they developed a custom AI-powered visualization tool that allows customers to see before-and-after flooring transformations, making it easier for them to visualize potential renovation results before making a decision.Specifically, FlashCoding built and customized the website around our kitchen cabinet, countertop, flooring, and renovation services, including the service pages, project showcases, contact and lead-generation features, and the overall mobile-friendly design. They also customized the site structure and content for SEO, GEO, and AEO so our business could be better understood by both traditional search engines and AI search platforms.For the AI visualization tool, they built a custom feature that allows customers to upload a photo of their existing room or flooring and generate a realistic visualization of how it could look with a different flooring style. This was especially useful because customers could see a potential before-and-after result before moving forward with a renovation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw clear improvements in our online visibility and customer engagement after the project launched. Our website began appearing for more relevant local and service-related searches, and our business information became much more consistent across Google and other online platforms. We also started gaining visibility through AI-powered search and recommendation tools.The AI visualization feature gave customers a more interactive way to explore flooring options and helped create stronger engagement before they contacted us. Overall, we saw more qualified inquiries coming through our online channels and had a much stronger digital presence than before.Based on our website analytics and incoming inquiries, organic traffic increased by approximately 40% after the new website and search optimization work. We also noticed a meaningful increase in qualified leads coming through the website, especially from customers searching for kitchen cabinets and renovation services in the GTA. Our visibility across both Google and AI-powered search platforms has improved significantly as well.We don’t have a separate conversion rate specifically for the AI visualization tool yet, but we have seen a clear impact on customer engagement. Customers are spending more time interacting with the website and using the tool to visualize different flooring options before contacting us. We’ve also had customers reference the generated images when discussing their renovation needs, which makes the initial consultation more productive. It has become a useful way to turn someone who is simply browsing into a more informed potential customer.

How did FlashCoding perform from a project management standpoint?

FlashCoding managed the project very well. They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept us updated on progress, and were very responsive whenever we had questions or requested changes. The main website was delivered on time, and the SEO, GEO, AEO, online data consistency, and AI visualization work were rolled out in stages afterward.They were also flexible when our requirements evolved and were able to make adjustments quickly without slowing down the project. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was that FlashCoding didn’t just build a website and stop there. They looked at our entire digital presence — from SEO and AI search visibility to keeping our business information consistent across different platforms. The AI visualization tool was especially unique because it gave our customers something practical they could actually use when planning a renovation. It felt like they understood both the technology and how it could support our business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the project. If there was one area for improvement, it would be providing more frequent reporting in the early stages of the SEO, GEO, and AEO work. Since these areas take time to show results, having a simpler dashboard or more regular progress series would have made it easier for us to see what was changing. That said, FlashCoding was always responsive when we asked for updates or explanations.

FlashCoding redesigned and developed our company website and also provided SEO and AEO services to improve our online visibility and lead generation. The scope of work included reviewing our existing website and business goals, planning the new site structure, redesigning the overall look and user experience, developing the website, optimizing the content and technical structure for search engines, and improving the site for AI-driven search and recommendation platforms. Key deliverables included a fully redesigned and responsive website, improved service and landing pages, SEO optimization, AEO-focused content and site structure, technical performance improvements, and better conversion paths for potential customers to contact us. They also worked with us throughout the project to make revisions based on our feedback and ensure the final website reflected our brand and the professional image we wanted to present.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the new website and implementing the SEO and AEO improvements, we've seen a noticeable increase in online visibility and inbound inquiries. More potential customers are finding us through search, and the website is doing a better job of converting visitors into actual leads. We've also received more relevant inquiries for the services we want to grow, rather than just general website traffic. The project has given us a much stronger online presence and turned our website into a more effective lead-generation channel for the business.

The project was managed very well. FlashCoding kept the work organized, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered the key items on time. They were very responsive whenever we had questions, feedback, or requested changes. What we appreciated most was that they took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve from a business perspective, rather than simply following technical requirements. The process was smooth, and revisions were handled quickly. We always knew what was being worked on and felt that our feedback was taken seriously.
