What impressed us the most was how they made the whole process easy. They kept us in the loop, welcomed our ideas, and turned them into something even better. Communication was a breeze, and they were always there to answer our questions.

We released over 10 books in a short span, experiencing social media issues initially, but those were promptly resolved. Altogether, we managed to sell over 15 books online.
