Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the owner of Car Valeting Glasgow. We are a mobile unit, and we travel to people’s place of work or their homes to clean their vehicles.

What challenge were you trying to address with FIZZ designs & SEO?

I already had a website, but I wasn’t performing well on Google or on the other major search engines. I was looking for my website to perform better and generate more business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

FIZZ designs built us a new WordPress website, and they basically built the brand. They helped us with SEO and totally transformed the business and gave us a vision of how to take the company to a different level. They helped us with certain keywords as well.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Gregory (Owner). He looked at our goals and what we wanted to achieve so it was great.

How did you come to work with FIZZ designs & SEO?

They were recommended to me by someone else that had a website done by them. They couldn’t praise them highly enough. I gave Gregory a call and arranged to have a meeting.

How much have you invested in them?

I have probably spent about £20,000 (approximately $27,000 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2017, and the work is ongoing. We have had them do some more work. We did a video production with them for COVID-19 just to show what we do when it comes to social distancing. We don’t have any contact with customers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It has been phenomenal. We totally changed the brand. Gregory changed my logo from my previous one which wasn’t very good. I went to a car show and he organized all the flyers, pop-up banners, and things like that for the car show which was in Glasgow. He came along and filmed a video and threw that on the website as well. That was really good as well.

My sales have increased year over year since I started working with them, and I secured a big contract as well. They went with me because of how good the website was. Because of that growth, I have started to expand, and I have a second vehicle on the road due to FIZZ designs. They took things to the next level. Gregory really believes in the people he works for and wants to make it work. He had told me that reviews are a huge thing on Google and since he told me that, I have received about 192 five-star reviews. Many customers have told me they came to me because of the reviews we have.

How did FIZZ designs & SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

We speak on a weekly basis. Gregory will check in with me to see how things are going, and I feel confident just giving him a call as well. He is a really nice guy and so many people can’t rate him highly enough. I am a prime example. He has taken my business to the next level.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing I would say is his passion. He really wants to see the individual succeed in life. It’s not just a case of someone building a website and then it doesn’t perform. Gregory actually checks in on me and he sends out things to his customers. He just really, really cares about his customers and he is such a nice guy. He has a passion for what he does, and his knowledge is unbelievable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not all. I think he is awesome for what he does and achieves. He puts so much hard work into it. He actually even did some work for me when he was on holiday.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I have recommended FIZZ designs to quite a lot of people. I would say be honest about what you are looking to achieve. Work out what your budget is going to be and tell Gregory what you want, and he will achieve the results. He is such a good guy. So many people went to him and speak very highly of him.
