What challenge were you trying to address with FixRunner?

We needed help with website maintenance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FixRunner provides maintenance and troubleshooting services to our website; whenever some issue arises, they research to either solve it or tell us what to do. Initially, they got it up and running after another developer couldn’t do it. One time, I got hacked, and my site was exposed, but they also helped me solve the issue.

However, they also help us make changes to our site as needed. For example, I recently requested them to rescale some pictures, and they did it immediately.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with many people from FixRunner because their team varies depending on the need. The people we’ve worked with include Mesheal (Technical Writing Manager), Ilijah (Team Leader), and many others.

How did you come to work with FixRunner?

I found FixRunner on Google and reached out to them. When I talked to them, they assured me that they could help me with my challenges; they were everything I needed.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent over $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with FixRunner in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing. I’m not going to get rid of them because I’m very comfortable and confident working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

At a time when I could’ve shut down my site, FixRunner helped me get it up and running, which ultimately led me to where I am today. Since then, they’ve helped me solve critical issues with my backend administration panel and my gateway without my customers even knowing that I had those issues.

In general terms, there’s nothing that FixRunner can’t fix within 24 hours, and they put a lot of time and effort into their tasks. I don’t know if many people know about them, but they’re a wonderful company.

How did FixRunner perform from a project management standpoint?

FixRunner’s project management is perfect — I would rate it 5/5. Anytime an issue arises, I just email them, and they get back at me quickly. Still, I can also call them if something is urgent; they have a 24 hours service. In addition to solving the issues, they send us screenshots showing that they resolved them, and everything is handled via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

FixRunner’s level of work and communication is impressive. They definitely get done everything we need them to. Whenever something falls outside of their scope, like an issue related to SEO, they advise us where to go, which is a plus.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any advice for customers because FixRunner simply does whatever they’re asked to do. They communicate very well and are very knowledgeable.
