Futbolowa Liga Szóstek is a six-team amateur soccer league that organizes soccer matches in the Krakow area. It is the largest league of sixes in Poland and is part of the nationwide Interleague.

The Fingoweb team provided services in the following areas: 

• building a CMS system for game management
• designing a modern application interface
• building a referee module, allowing to manage matches in real time
• expansion and improvement of the user menu on the public website
• data migration. 

CMS features:

• Creating a dictionary of leagues – with a single click, the client can create football seasons, assigning leagues to them. 
• Automatic ranking – works on the basis of 5 criteria: points, direct match score, goal difference, number of scored and wins. 
• Creating and arranging competitions – the client can create competitions manually, filling in a special form, or automatically the algorithm itself will catch the teams entered for the season and prepare the order of competitions. 
• Teams – the possibility to create teams, giving them such parameters as: the name of the team and information about it, team crest and photo, list of players or the city from which they come.
• Add venues – the client has the ability to specify in which venues he organizes football matches, giving them a name of their own, creating descriptions, specifying the location and adding photos! 
• Matches for today – the table shows information, such as the time of the match, the score, the name of the hosts and guests, and the facility where the match will be held! 
• Statistics – the customer has the ability to mark players with cards, number of goals and corner kicks, so to grant negative or positive points later. He specifies the values and names of the events individually. 

Development of the application was done using the following technologies: Backend: PHP, Laravel, GrahpQL, Docker Frontend: React.js, Typescript, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application works properly in a production environment, we can manage matches, create teams and collect statistics. A modern design of scoreboards has been implemented, which are easy to read by the receiver. The results are updated in real time and the team position in a given ranking is automatically determined.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Fingoweb team turned our idea into reality. The quality of service was delivered at a high level and deadlines were met. The team of experts advised us brilliantly in the selection of technology, design of the new interface and maintenance of the site. We are very satisfied with the partnership!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were anxious about the speed of implementation of the new version of the app, due to the upcoming football season. The Fingoweb team met the deadlines and we can now use all the new features of the app.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fingoweb could have done differently?

Currently we are implementing the development of the application with new modules such as the ability to display statistics from the game view and player view. Also, we are planning to redesign more parts of the site and implement small CMS improvements.

As a result of the cooperation between Fingoweb and Sellizer the main proposed solution was the creation of a tool for forecasting, analysis and automation of sent business offers. In the process of developing the product idea, we went through the following stages of implementation and development.

First, Fingoweb developed the so-called proof of concept, checking whether they are technically able to implement the concept. After a successful analysis, Fingoweb proceeded to create MVP. The product was accepted by customers and investors, receiving financing in the amount of PLN 800,000 for its development. Thanks to the provided funds, we were able to proceed with the implementation of the idea on the market.

• Sellizer allows you to efficiently respond to the customer’s interest in our offer, thanks to extensive statistics.
• the applied machine learning technology makes it possible to predict offers, by answering questions such as when an offer should be sent and how it should be designed in order to be most effective
• Fingoweb have created the plug-in Sellizer, which allows you to integrate your CRM systems with the tool.
• Fingoweb also proposed an appropriate visual identification of the product and took care of a simple user interface that makes it easy to navigate the system.

The project was managed using SCRUM methodology and the tools that were used for communication were Asana and Sluck. We were impressed with their commitment, professionalism, and timeliness.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had the (dis)pleasure of working with more than 100 IT companies, each of them had certain problems: untimeliness, poor quality, lack of inventions, etc. Fingoweb was one of the few companies that did not have these problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fingoweb could have done differently?

Once the Sellizer system collects enough data from users, Fingoweb has plans to render Machine Learning models.

Zaufane.pl offers an online business solution, offering feedback management service, enabling online stores to stand out on the market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fingoweb, and what were your goals?

The main goal of hiring Fingoweb, was to integrate various shopping engines with Ekomii system. The main problem we faced was the lack of built-in modules in the Ekomii system for engines such as Idosell, Shoper, Atomstore etc.

In order to fully utilize the potential of the Ekomii system, which is used to collect opinions, we needed the services of specialists who would create a system, allowing us to integrate multiple online stores on the same shopping engine.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

In the previous organization I worked for, I cooperated with Fingoweb and was very satisfied with their services, so I decided to work with them again.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The Symfony Console was used during the development of the system, which allows us to easily add more online stores. We developed a system that supports multiple shop engines and allows us to add new online shops with just one command. The client in order to use the feedback system with a new shop, needs to only provide credentials to the store.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team included two backend developers who were responsible for the design and proper functioning of the system,the tester who was responsible for Quality Assurance and a project manager who coordinated the entire project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The system is continuously delivered and updated with new store engines that are setup with new stores within existing modules from 2019. Over the years we have managed to support numerous stores and 12 store engines.

The project was managed using SCRUM methodology and the tools that were used for communication included weekly calls on Google platforms and task breakdowns via Asana.

No matter what store engine we came with, Fingoweb always took the initiative and the challenge to integrate it into the system.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We plan on making it possible to add new stores via web applications instead of the symfony console. We are also planning to run the application on many servers (HA - High Availability), so that in case of failure of one of the servers the system will still be available 24/7.
