Estonian Parliament - The Riigikogu is a representative body that makes laws, adopts resolutions, exercises parliamentary supervision, and develops foreign relations.

What business challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

To replace the existing outdated and unsafe shorthand system, in addition to integrate the Estonian language speech recognition system based on artificial intelligence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The scope was all the necessary activities - analysis, development, and testing, to start working with the new information system at the agreed time.

What is the team composition?

The bidder's team consisted of a project manager, an analyst and developers, a separate project management group was appointed, consisting of representatives of the bidder and the customer.

How did you come to work with the vendor?

We found based on a public tender.

How much have you invested with them?

Around 400k€

What is the status of this engagement?

As of now, the said procurement contract has been completed and the project has been successfully completed.
