Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the sole owner of my photography company, I do event photography and videography for my clients, specialising in weddings.

For what projects/services did your company hire Filos Creations?

I hired Filos Creations to custom make a website for me to showcase my work and expertise to potential clients. With the creation of the website, it is much easier for me to communicate my photography and editing styles to my customers, easing up the initial discussion phase.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew Filos Creations from a mutual contact and the vendor was heavily praised for the work produced and the level of communication he has with the clients, making the process smooth and easy.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a questionnaire and called a couple times on WhatsApp, afterwhich I submitted a list of photos and some requirements of what I would like to see on the website. We then started work on the main website and after that was completed, we went about fine tuning small details such as fonts, colours and how pictures will be displayed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I mainly worked with the main website developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website has allowed me to communicate with customers more effectively and it has made it much easier to advertise my work to others.

Very smooth, we had work sorted out in just a couple texts and phone calls.

They were very efficient and easy to communicate with.
