Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I needed a mobile application - not just a Figma prototype, but a working app with user reviews and paid services to show to an investor, but with a limited budget for development. The scope included making a simple design concept and developing a mobile application in Android, then submitting it to Google Play. Deliverable - all the code base for my MVP app and launching the app to Google Play.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The measurable outcome was my pitch deck (they helped me with its design and project summary), the Android app itself, and initial analytics, and user feedback reports.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

yep, they delivered on time, we had daily calls and met personally to discuss the design, budgeting, and potential next steps they usually communicate with clients via Slack, as far as I know, but I asked to chat through WhatsApp and accommodated that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I desperately needed a functioning and reviewed app to show to a private investor and had a very limited budget. other companies I talked to suggested only the clickable prototype in Figma and insisted on Business Analyst work (specs, descriptions, market research), which I didn't need at this stage, as my purpose was not to launch something final to the market, just a small MVP, that will prove to the private investor I have tried some monetization models and collected feedback not from a focus group, but from real people, who are interested in such an app. 

These guys understood my needs, suggested a development option within my budget, advised on possible risks and next steps that would be needed, and even helped me with my pitch deck.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Filin Solutions could have done differently?

I'm happy with how they worked.
